The roof was interpreted according to the requirements of the natural light. The service building is introvert with all glass surfaces facing the street. The row houses are in the back hidden in the grean. The pitched roof has a sort of origami feature in order to bring as much South light into the volume as possible.

The project is currently on hold, after obtaining the buidling permit.
