Wellness Park Lasko [ projects, commerce, interior ]

The new Lasko wellness Park is located in the midst of a quiet park beside the River Savinja. The unique glass dome multiplies sun beams for magic moments. Indoor and outdoor pools of the thermal centre represent 2,200 m2 of water surfaces and a sauna center. The new 4* hotel has 190 modern and
colorful rooms, a restaurant, a cafe and a spa centre that offers traditional, Ayurvedic massages, Thai massages, Comfort Zone rituals, facial and body
care. A congress center with halls and seminar rooms of different capacities where built as the last phase.

The concept was to create lively, atmospheric and invigorating environments that would inspire wellness and well being. There were many investigations
and innovations in use of the materials made: computer aided techniques of printing on ceramics, glass, CNC cutting of wood, upholstering and vacume moulding of textiles.

The complex is split into several parts: the spa, wellness areas with different massages and whirlpools, hotel areas with rooms, restaurants and bars and the congress center. Each area carries a specific story embedded in the use of
the materials and the color codes. To achieve orientation and good feeling for the user, there are hidden similarities in shapes and colors, hidden messages
to the users of the hotel.

The hotel lounge is inspired by the trees and woods, rooms have different colored upholstery, massage areas are abstractly oriental, congress is sever in black and white. Congress facilities and multipurpose halls, with the supporting areas, are custom built for the specific events and with project specific
